Returns Policy

You are entitled to return Goods within seven days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

 

I. Returns are accepted in the case of:

A. Faulty items

All items are carefully inspected before they leave our dispatch point in Vietnam. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please take a photo of the fault and email support@anupa.net within 24 hours of receiving your purchase (as signed with FedEx on receiving the goods). We will then work with you to resolve the problem either by replacing, repairing or refunding.

Any items reported after 24 hours will not be exchanged.

 

B. Wrong items received

All items are carefully inspected before they leave our dispatch point in Vietnam. Should you receive the incorrect item send us a photo and email support@anupa.net within 24 hours of receiving your purchase (as signed with FedEx on receiving the goods). We will then work with you to resolve the problem either by replacing or refunding.

Any items reported after 24 hours will not be exchanged.

 

II. Exchange policy

In the case anupa uk limited agree the Goods are wrongly delivered or the item is faulty: items should be returned ensuring they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ANUPA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return along with proof of purchase.

We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are faulty in anyway then what is mentioned in the communication or if it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.

 

III. Refund policy

Refunds for items bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
